Some things to keep in mind:
- IMPORTANT: Your registration is complete only when you receive a receipt for your transaction. If you don't get one, please contact the Registrar.
- Once you have received a username and password, please use them for all future registrations. Don't fill out a new information form! Contact the Registrar if you've forgotten your username or password.
- Please do not change your child's information for ANY reason when registering on SportsPilot. If there is an error in your child's information, contact the Registrar.
- If your child is new to the program, you must send us a copy of his/her birth certificate before the start of the season. To arrange this, contact the Registrar.

The Fall Travel Program is designed for children in the U12 and U14 age groups. The program begins in early September and extends to the beginning of November. The cost of the program is $95 ($120 for late registrations).
We will be closing age group registrations as we get to favorable numbers of players per team. Once that happens, placement will only be on a space available basis.

Some important notes:
- $5 discount offered for early registrations.
- $25 fee charged for late registrations.
- No registrations will be accepted after the end of the late registration period.
- We will make every effort to place your child on a team. However, we must also comply with Essex County Youth Soccer Association rules governing team roster sizes for the different age groups. In some circumstances, we may have no choice but to turn away registrants in order to meet the roster size requirements. If this occurs, rosters will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you register your child late (after the end of the regular registration period), your child may be placed on a waiting list. We will let you know if this happens.
- If your child is on a waiting list, we will contact you if another child drops out and your child can fill that spot.
- Tryouts are required. If your child misses the tryouts, then it is up to the discretion of the travel committee where your child is placed.

If your child is placed on a team and you decide to drop out of the program, you have the following options:
- Receive a refund of your registration fees less $26, which are fees we have to pay to the state and town for your child to play.
- Apply the registration fees to the next soccer season.
- Transfer the registration fees to an unregistered sibling.
Also note:
- Late fees are not refundable.
- If the season has begun, your refund is reduced by $5 per game.
