NRYSA seeks a volunteer to train with Dan Dixon in 2008 to become the Concession Manager. Maguire Field has a concession stand that is open on Saturdays only during the soccer season (Spring and Fall).
Responsibilities include:
Ø Get Board of Health inspection prior to season
Ø Coordinate coffee machine servicing prior to season
Ø Coordinate Richie's slush delivery prior to season
Ø Initial purchase and stocking of food and drinks prior to season commencing (April 5)
Ø Unlock door and drop off cash box by 8:15 Saturday morning(prior to first game)
Ø Post volunteer schedule for day
Ø Assure first volunteers understand process and pricing
Ø Get coffee machine and hot dogs started
Ø Clean shack at close of day
Ø Pick up cash at end of day Saturday (usually last game is complete by 4:30)
Ø Restock food/drinks as required
Ø Final clean up/closing of shack at end of season (June 7)
If the time commitment seems too much, please consider job sharing with a friend. Duties can be split up however you choose.
